Please join me in welcoming (Sam) to YogaSpot. She will be guiding us during our 4:30pm Heated Mat Pilates. A little about her below. We are so excited to have her join us! 🫶🏻

My journey into movement began in the pooI, I spent over 13 years playing water polo professionally in New York City, it was a huge part of my life who molded me into who I am today. After dedicating so much of my life to competitive athletics, I knew I needed a way to stay connected to fitness in a way that supported both strength and sustainability.
Two years ago, I found Pilates and instantly fell in love. What started as a personal practice quickly evolved into a passion to teach. What lights me up most is helping others reconnect with their bodies, move with intention, and fall in love with movement all over again. Whether you’re just starting out or deep into your journey, I’m here to inspire you to sweat, smile, and feel strong from the inside out.

Currently mastering the art of Crutchasana. 😜

Unfortunately, the news is in…I’ve got at least three more weeks of “walk-less, feel-more.” And the official instructions? Whatever you do, do NOT put weight on your foot.

If you see me hopping through the studio, just know it’s intentional cardio. 😉

For now, you can find me at the desk — and the second I’m cleared, I’ll be back on the mat with all of you. 🫶🏻
