Using renowned Fletcher Pilates methods and other strength based fitness techniques, Pam will help you reach your health and fitness goals. Her unique methods of training include Pilates Reformer and Tower work, TRX Training as well as core based resistance training. Whether you are recovering from an injury or training for a triathlon, Pam will customize your workouts for your individual needs. An atmosphere of warmth, motivation and inspiration is evident in Pam’s studio. Upon arriving, you’ll be welcomed by her friendly dogs, and feel at home without the annoyances of the community gym or the intimidation of neighboring gym-goers.

“Leah Diane , I was a member at the Gilbert studio when I decided to get my start. I was working full time, taking classes as a member and then started the teacher training. I was/am just as obsessed as you with Pilates and knew it held some place in my future. I was blessed to work with Pamela Paley as my master trainer and she helped me find work as soon as I completed my training. This was all while I was working full time in Telecommunications. I planned Pilates as a retirement option and stayed current in my practice by working 4-8 hours a week outside of my full time career. Well, Pilates was even more of a blessing than I initially realized, I lost my full time employment after 16 years without explanation! I was devastated to say the least. Teaching has brought me a different perspective on what makes me successful in my career. I can’t imagine how the last 1 1/2 years would’ve gone if I hadn’t already had my foot in the door! Pilates was a plan B and boy oh boy did it pull through for me!

One (of many) reasons I like teaching Pilates is that Im surrounded by people who have a willingness to explore a healthy lifestyle. This is requires critical thinking and an open mind, but it’s so worth it imho! ✨✨✨​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
