L.I.F.E. learners enjoyed a fun outing at Walmart today! They did a great job shopping, exploring the store, and practicing important community and daily living skills. Everyone had a great time engaging with each other and working together throughout the outing!

Yesterday, we held the graduation ceremony for our Class of 2026! 🎓 Miss Margaret, teachers, and staff all shared personal stories of the accomplishments and growth of our graduates from their time here at L.I.F.E. before they received their diplomas. We also had the honor of presenting Dawn, the mother of our very own Taryn Bailey, with her daughter's diploma. We know Taryn was there with us in spirit, celebrating with her fellow graduates. In Miss Ariana's class, her learners created their first submissions for their L.I.F.E.-sonian Art Museum! Back in April, they had one particular project that they worked on in honor of Earth Week, and tied it into new lessons on the solar system. They spent time exploring recycling, what it means, what it can become, processing art through mixed media, practicing fine motor skills, and following papier-mache recipes. This first exhibit brings in those skills, utilizing recyclable materials, creativity, and passion! 🎨
