1. Slow Sensory Check-In
Pause and notice where your body feels open, tense, or guarded. Let sensation speak before your mind does.

Take a shower or bath with intention. Imagine the water washing away energy that isn’t yours.

3. Dark Room Journaling
Sit in the dark or by candlelight and ask your body: What am I holding? What do I crave? What needs to be released?

4. Hip + Sacral Movement
Play music that feels primal and let your hips move freely. Scorpio rules the sacral area—where instinct and emotion live.

5. Deep Breathwork
Try inhaling for 4, holding for 2, and exhaling for 8. Long exhales drop you deeper into your inner world.
