Happy Friday!! Please help us welcome Debby to the team. She’s joining us as an SLPA in our 3+ Program. We first met Debby at the 2025 ASU NSSLHA Career Fair. She is bilingual and has experience working with adults on the Autism spectrum. She’s also a strong advocate for accessibility, and awareness and acceptance of neurodiversity, as well as creating spaces where everyone can thrive.

We are so thrilled to announce that Look Who’s Talking, PLLC, is merging with Essential Therapy Solutions! The acquisition will allow us to grow and expand, while continuing to provide high quality therapy services to families across Arizona. We so enjoyed attending the Winter Wonderland Holiday Brunch hosted by Down Syndrome Network of Arizona over the weekend! It was such an amazing time spent with our local community, and we loved seeing the carolers, self-advocate shopping opportunities, performances, crafts and so much more. ⭐️💫❄️

Our plans for 2026-2027 are locked and loaded! Along with our CEO, our admin team met to divise plans for ETS to make sure we continue to grow and provide quality services with intention. For the sake of our clients, our community and our employees, we think it’s important to come together and make sure we are aligned and focused for the future. 🩵

We love our admin team!! 🩵 Not only do they work tirelessly to keep things running smoothly so that our therapists and service providers in the field are well supported and comfortable, but they are also a super fun vibe (obviously). 😌
