At Brown Chiropractic & Acupuncture, PC, we often incorporate acupuncture as part of a whole-body approach to healing 🤍

👉Treatments for Tech Neck can include physical therapy, medical massage, an ergonomic workspace, and medications (such as pain relievers and muscle relaxants).

✨There are also exercises and stretches to help improve posture and strengthen the muscles supporting the neck. These include neck stretches (chin tuck, neck rotations, side bend, and chest opener), shoulder and upper back exercises (shoulder shrugs, scapular retractions, and wall angels), and strengthening exercises (push-ups, planks, and bridges).

✨Tech neck can be prevented by taking frequent breaks from screen time to stretch and move your neck, using a phone stand or adjusting your screen height to reduce downward head posture, and practicing good posture throughout the day by keeping your shoulders back and your neck in a neutral position.

Our Office

We provide Chiropractic, Naturopathic Medicine, Acupuncture, and Massage Therapy. With a combination of therapies, our average patient in pain is out of pain in 1-6 treatments. In our office, after your condition has been successfully treated, you can choose to return for maintenance treatment on a regular basis, or you can choose to return as needed. Unlike some Chiropractic offices, we will not pressure you to come in routinely.

Our office is a 3500+ square foot facility in Gilbert, Arizona, located next Mercy Gilbert Medical Center. We work with the nearby Southeast VA Clinic to provide Chiropractic, Acupuncture, and Massage Therapy when authorized through the VA Community Care Program. Veterans must obtain an authorization directly from their VA provider. Be sure to ask for a specific referral to our office when getting an authorization. Our NPI Number is 1144222019.
