Please join us on Friday, June 6th at 1 pm at Scottsdale Village Square in the main dining hall for a very special Veteran Pinning Ceremony. Gentiva Hospice and our local Honor Guard will be recognizing 20 veterans from the Army, Air Force, Marines, and Navy. There will be a military bagpiper playing and refreshments after the ceremony.

Chaplain Paul (who is also a retired police officer) spent the afternoon honoring Mr. Marcellino for his 20+ years of police work both in Delaware and here locally for the Apache Junction Police Department. Thank you both for your service and commitment to making communities safe!

What a labor of love our Chaplain Paul and his crew of volunteers did to help this very special family out with a major roof repair. With monsoon season quickly approaching, it was a mad dash to complete this project. Thank you so much to Paul and his team for going above and beyond to make sure this was done and done well! This family is forever grateful.

When Kip mentioned to Chaplain Paul how much he loved and missed fishing, Paul jumped into action. He got him set up with a one-day fishing license, brought fishing gear from home, and arranged transportation with a local church friend to get him to the lake. They spent the day telling stories, laughing, and relaxing, and Kip even caught a twelve-inch trout! Thank you, Chaplain Paul, for making this wish a reality!
