Vertical root fracture ➡️ surgical extraction ➡️ immediate implant + bone graft.

Unfortunately this tooth couldn’t be saved due to a severe fracture through the root, so we removed it and placed an implant with grafting at the same visit. Once the graft fully integrates, we’ll place the final crown for a strong and natural smile outcome. 🦷✨
