Dr. Andersen
Dr. Andersen is a foot and ankle surgeon specializing in Diabetic limb salvage, foot and ankle surgical reconstruction and trauma as well as primary podiatric medicine.
He has been practicing in the East Valley since 2011 and opened Sun Valley Foot and Ankle in 2018. His goal has always been to create a positive clinical experience for every patient, where they can feel comfortable as well as confident with the care they receive. He is passionate about what he does and looks forward to helping all of his patients return to a pain free lifestyle. He currently resides in Gilbert with his wife and 5 children.
Dr. Andersen completed a podiatric surgical residency at Southern Arizona VA Medical Center in Tucson, AZ where he was appointed Chief Resident. He earned his Doctorate degree in Podiatric Medicine from Des Moines University in Iowa after attending Arizona State University for his undergraduate studies.
Dr. Andersen is actively involved in research and is published in the Journal of the American Podiatric Medical Association. He is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is also an active member of the American Podiatric Medical Association.
