🧜‍♀️ I feel like a mermaid living in the desert.

No matter how much water I drink, it never feels like enough. So I find my way back to it however I can… long baths, river days, quiet moments where I can fully submerge and remember.

There’s a part of me that still belongs to the blue seas and white sands. And here I am, learning how to live on land.

I’ve created ways to stay connected. Seashells, starfish, sand dollars, grains of sand… my bathroom has become an altar to the sea. A place where I return to myself.

When I soak in the water, it takes me back. Into the depths of who I am. Water reflects me, holds me, restores me.

And the conch shell… its spiral, its sound. When I blow the horn, I’m calling in my guides. Opening my altar. Signaling that I’m here, present, and ready to connect.

This is how I remember who I am.

💨 Clearing is never just physical.

When I work with women in their homes, we’re not just moving things around. We’re working with what’s been held… emotionally, mentally, and energetically.

Because everything holds energy. Emotions attach to objects. A piece of furniture, a box of keepsakes, something passed down… it can carry a memory, a relationship, a version of you. And when that object stays, the feeling can stay with it. That’s what creates the weight in a space.

Family heirlooms, hand-me-downs, things you’ve kept because they meant something… or still do. And just because something is meaningful doesn’t mean it’s in alignment.

This is where I come in. I can walk into a space and feel where something is off, where there’s disorder, where something is being held that’s no longer supporting you.

And this is a powerful time for clearing. Not just to make space, but to open the way for what’s next.

💧 When I experience rapid change or a sudden shock to my nervous system, I return to water. Whether it’s news I wasn’t prepared to receive or an emotional wave that comes on quickly, water becomes my reset.

Water is reflective. It holds, it mirrors, it clears. I use it intentionally. Sometimes it’s a simple bath. Sometimes I slow everything down, sing into the water, activate it, and let it meet me where I am.

There’s no perfect way. Just what brings you back into yourself. Water helps me regulate, reset, and realign my electromagnetic field. It brings me back into coherence.

This is an invitation to create a spiritual bath. Infuse your water with oils, herbs, clay, or salt—whatever you feel drawn to. Be intentional with your choices.

⚔️ Protection is not something I take lightly.

Your space matters. Your home matters. Your energy matters. Your family matters. Your business matters. And you have full permission to protect all of it.

There are warrior spirits that support protection. Not from fear, but from devotion. But they do not assist you uninvited. Their presence is anchored through clear intention and direct invitation.

I live with this awareness. I move supported, surrounded, protected. And I extend that protection to those closest to me, not out of obligation, but out of love.

This is part of the work.
Knowing what belongs in your space and what does not. Learning how to call in support and stand in it. I teach this through the archangels and their divine light. This is what I anchor within my ministry Your Living Altar.

Blessed be this day. I’m starting a new rhythm here, sharing reflections that bring us back into our homes, our bodies, and our altars.

Today is the full moon, and we’re in Holy Week. This time always reminds me to clear, to release, and to fully step out of the winter season. Spring is here. The energy has already shifted, and I believe our spaces should reflect that.

One of the questions I hear often is, “Where do I begin?” And for me, it’s always been simple. I follow the Earth. When she shifts, I shift. When she clears, I clear.

I’m a Priestess of the Munay Ki and the Rose lineage, and this is a practice I hold with care. During Holy Week, we turn off our altars and let them rest. I use this time to clean, clear, and reset the space. Then after Passover, I return and light it again—a fresh beginning.

My bathroom is devoted to La Siren. Queen of the sea. Divine mother of the stars. Goddess of the moon.

Throughout my home, I create sacred spaces that reflect the greater spirit of who I am and who I am in relationship with. My bathroom is a place of ritual. Of devotion to cleanliness. Of return.

Last night, I filled my bath with roses and cleansed my body with their petals, allowing their essence to move through my skin and into my aura… so that wherever I go, it radiates outward.

This is how I live. In relationship. In intention. In devotion. And this is the work.

I guide women in creating these kinds of spaces within their own homes. Not by copying mine, but by discovering what is true for them. The spirits they walk with. The energy they are here to embody.
