So many of us think our mood is something that just happens to us. Like we wake up anxious, overwhelmed, irritable, or drained and assume something is wrong with us. But most of the time our nervous system is reacting to what’s happening around us. The spaces we’re in, the conversations we’re having, the foods we eat, our sleep, the noise levels around us, the people we interact with, and even the way our body is moving throughout the day. When we start slowing down enough to notice patterns, we begin to see that our mood is information. It tells us when something in our environment is supporting us or working against us. Glow Up Therapy is about learning to observe those patterns instead of judging them. When we notice what drains us and what restores us, we can start making small adjustments that support our nervous system instead of constantly pushing through burnout. Glow Up Collective is all about helping us become more aware of the environments, habits, and energy we surround ourselves with so we can actually feel better day to day.
