A new Spectrum community is taking shape in Scottsdale, AZ! 💫

The Pavilion at Camelback, our newest Assisted Living and Memory Care community, just reached a major construction milestone with the completion of the final secant pile wall. A huge thank-you to our partners at Catamount Constructors, Buesing Corp, and Vessel Architecture for helping us lay the groundwork (literally!) for what’s to come.

With 104 residences and nearly 100,000 square feet of purposeful spaces, this community will blend vibrant design, connection, and comfort for the next generation of older adults.

Down, down, do your thing! ✨ Our Gilbert residents and staff turned up the energy with a fun-filled chair dancing session today. The room was full of smiles, rhythm, and laughter—proof that movement and music bring us closer together. 💛

Watercolors. Seascapes. Confidence in every brushstroke. 🌟 Diamante practiced painting birds until she nailed it, then proudly added three to her seascape. Meanwhile, others joined in by watching, chatting, or even painting something totally different (like the comic section of the paper 🤩).

As Teepa Snow reminds us: It’s about what people can still do, not what they can’t. And today, we saw just how many ways that can look.

Who knew prickly could look this pretty? 🌵 Residents at Gilbert explored the art of cactus painting, each starting with the same inspiration but ending with a masterpiece all their own. From bold brushstrokes to delicate details, every canvas bloomed with personality. Just like cacti in the desert, no two were alike! 🎨💛

is a national art competition powered by Spectrum Retirement senior living communities to support Alzheimer's Association. Each participating community has created a unique Artbrella that tells a story of strength, memory, and connection.

The Enclave at Gilbert Senior Living designed ours to honor a lifelong love of learning and storytelling that still inspires our community today.

Artist Inspiration: Pristine
Pristine once owned a personal library of more than 16,000 books. Her passion for books and literature became the spark of inspiration for this one-of-a-kind Artbrella. Each brushstroke pays tribute to the stories we carry, the wisdom we share, and the joy that comes from turning each new page — even in the face of Alzheimer’s.

From sugar-rimmed glasses to celebratory toasts, this afternoon had just the right amount of zest.
