Any small businesses have a text system that doesn’t charge per text? Our pricing keeps going up for our current system and we cannot afford it anymore. We went from $40/mo to add texting capabilities and are now paying $150-$300/mo as it’s charging per text sent. With costs on everything still continuing to rise on absolutely everything, our prices being the same since 2019, we need new options and tools that aren’t so expensive. Texting is soooo helpful to us and our clients so I don’t want to remove it altogether. Any other local businesses find some good texting solutions that allow the whole team to access & respond (both in spa and remotely)?
