We are truly excited to launch this new collaborative 3 Step Weight Loss Program between Pro Push Fitness and Pro Health Functional Medicine.

This program was piloted during 2024 with four participants. We closely monitored muscle mass, body fat percentage and overall health.

👉🏼All three participants lost over 10% body fat.

Participant 1: Down 85 # (12 months)

Big box gyms are not for everybody - a healthy body is! Pro Push Fitness is an exclusive and private gym with exceptional trainers. Clients must be working directly with a personal trainer, athletic trainer or participating in a group training activity to use the gym. What does that mean for you? We focus on your goals, not a crowded gym. Our desire is to reach the individual mother, father, school athlete, teen, senior citizen and others who need to improve their health and performance while creating a healthy balance for themselves and their families.
