We’ve reached a point where people are overdosing on “health.”

Cold plunges at 5am, 40 supplements all the time, fasting all day, red light masks, glucose monitors, peptides… all while running on 5 hours of sleep and 300 notifications.

EVERYONE is trying to hack their biology while their nervous system is quietly screaming.

You CANNOT heal in a state of threat.

Doesn’t matter how clean you eat, how dialed your routine is, or how expensive your stack is... if your body thinks it’s being chased by a lion, it will choose survival over repair every single time.

Most modern “biohacks” are just cortisolma###ing in disguise.

The real unlock is much simpler, and much harder: ​learn how to R E L A X!!

Because in a world that constantly asks you to do more, be more, own more... this is the edge. A calm nervous system is the new flex and a truly relaxed person is the new 1%

Here’s how to actually calm your nervous system:

1. SLEEP
If you’re not sleeping well, nothing else matters. sleep is when your nervous system resets and your body finally feels safe enough to repair. bad sleep = permanent stress mode.

2. EAT ANIMAL MEATS AND FATS
You cannot rebuild a fried nervous system on protein bars and caffeine. Your brain and adrenals need real nutrients, not shortcuts. Think animal foods, and ideally nose to tail.
Beef and organs are loaded with the vitamins most people are missing.

3. QUIET YOUR DOPAMINE ADDICTION
Your phone is keeping you wired. Every little notification, scroll, and hit of content is telling your brain to stay alert. Set screen-free hours, delete useless apps, and go outside...your system needs a break from constant input.

4. LEARN HOW TO PROPERLY BREATHE
Most people breathe like they’re being chased. Short, shallow, in the chest, and fast keeps you stuck in stress mode. Slow nasal belly breathing with long exhales tells your body “we’re safe”. Try 4-7-8 or just take five slow breaths when you feel tension.

5. HUMMING
Might sound weird, but it works instantly. Humming on the exhale stimulates your vagus nerve and drops you into a calmer state. A few minutes can shift your entire mood.

6. TOUCH GRASS
Walking barefoot outside is one of the simplest ways to reset. Your feet are packed with nerve endings that connect throughout your body. Sunlight, fresh air, and grounding help lower stress and bring you back to baseline.

7. MOVE LIKE A HUMAN
You don’t need more intensity, you need the right intensity. Walking, lifting moderately, yoga, qi gong, Tai Chi walking. These calm your system instead of frying it further. Think stimulation without overload.

8. MEDITATION
THIS is the long-term fix. Sitting in silence brings up everything you’ve been suppressing, which is why most people avoid it. But that’s exactly how you clear it out and lower your baseline stress.

9. FEEL WHAT YOU’RE AVOIDING
Repressed emotions don’t disappear, they sit in your body and keep you tense. Whether it’s journaling, talking, or just letting yourself feel it. PROCESSING AND RELEASING is what creates relief.

10. ADRENAL COCKTAIL
(pineapple or orange juice + salt + collagen)
This is one of the simplest ways to support a stressed system. Your adrenals rely heavily on sodium, potassium, and vitamin C, and most people are depleted without realizing it.
Something as simple as pineapple or orange juice, salt, and collagen can help stabilize energy and reduce that wired-but-tired feeling.

11. QUIET MORNINGS
If your day starts with your phone, your nervous system is already on edge. Give yourself space before the world floods in. even 20–30 minutes makes a difference.

12. HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONNECTION
Hugs,cuddling, laughing, being around people and animals you trust are crucial. Oxytocin is one of the most powerful ways to calm your system. A good human or animal relationship will outperform most protocols.

13. GO FULL AMISH FOR A WEEKEND
NO wifi, NO screens, NO notifications. Just real life. It sounds extreme these days, until you realize how unnatural constant stimulation actually is! THIS is one of the fastest resets you can give yourself.

14. COLLAGEN AND CHAMOMILE BEFORE BED
THIS is a daily non-negotiable for me. Collagen is rich in glycine, which helps cool the body, relax the brain, and support deep sleep. glycine works alongside GABA, another calming neurotransmitter, to quiet the nervous system by reducing neuron activity and promoting deep relaxation. I take 20g before bed with some chamomile tea and pass out like a baby.

Same with the adrenal cocktail... people underestimate how powerful it is.

Remember, stress kills your energy, your libido, your fertility, sleep, gut function, hormones and immune system.

And if your nervous system is fried, nothing else is going to fix you. No diet. No supplement stack. Not even the latest biohack.

EVERYTHING starts with your mind and the state of your nervous system.

If your man never posts you.

If he never acknowledges your relationship online… don’t just brush it off.

Pay attention.

Because silence can say a lot.

More often than not, when someone goes out of their way to look single, it’s intentional. Maybe he’s flirting. Maybe he likes the attention. Maybe he just wants to keep the door cracked open so other women assume he’s available.

And that whole “I’m just private” or “I don’t like drama” line .... it’s a shield, its a way to avoid accountability for how he moves when you’re not around.

When a man truly loves you ... when he’s proud of you, serious about you ... he won’t feel the need to hide you. He won’t treat you like a secret. He won’t dodge the idea of publicly claiming you.

He’ll want to.

Not because you forced him. Not because you begged. But because it feels natural to show appreciation for what he values.
It’s pride. It’s gratitude. It’s “look what I’m blessed with”.

A man who values his woman makes her feel seen. He doesn’t tuck her away in the shadows while the rest of his life is front and center.

Now, not every relationship needs to be broadcasted. But there’s a difference between protecting your peace and protecting your options.

If he posts everything else ... his workouts, his fits, his food, his wins ... but somehow you never make the cut, ask yourself why.

Privacy isn’t selective like that. Priority is.
Healthy love doesn’t fear being acknowledged. A good man protects the relationship ... but he doesn’t pretend it doesn’t exist.
