Hey friends, I didn’t write this, I added my own to it and I wanted to share it.

You can fall apart around me. You can lose it. You can say things you're not sure if you mean. You can stress out. You can vent. You can verbally process. You can cry. You can let it all out. If you need to be dramatic for a minute, by all means. Be dramatic.
I'm here for it, and I'm here for you.
I'll listen, and I'll lift you up, and if you decide you're open to some advice, I'll give you the best I have, but I'll hold my tongue until you're ready for it. In the meantime, I'll happily be your sounding board.
What is friendship if we can't be a wreck sometimes? What is friendship if we're trying to filter out our pain? What is friendship if we're not there for all of it?
Life is weird. Things are hard. And sometimes, stuff just happens and we don't know quite how to deal.
Holding it together all the time is exhausting, and having the perfect response to every situation is impossible. So when you need to let go, you can trust me. I know your heart is gold.
Will I sit back and let you make a big mistake? Nooope. But will I sit back and let you have your moment? 100%.
Sometimes you're a mess...sometimes I'm a mess. I'm just so glad we're doing it all together.
So, consider this your invitation to be dramatic, to be broken, to be confused, to be in-the-middle, to be real.
I'm here when you fall apart, and honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way.
To keep it real as I am getting more and more comfortable doing, this is for anyone who needs support, needs love, needs SOMEONE TO CARE. No matter what you are facing right now, I AM HERE FOR YOU!!!
Your LIFE MATTERS!!! For those of you who have experienced the worst kinds of betrayal, I know TRUST is a very powerful word that has been broken in our worlds, but please let me tell you. You have to CLOSE the TOXIC DOOR, so GOD can OPEN the DOOR that is meant for YOU and the GREAT plans He has for you. I tried so hard, for so long, for people who would never do the same for me. There comes a time when you have to make choices that will forever change your story. The truth will set you free and TRUST me when I tell you, it will all be WORTH THE HARD STUFF !!
I promise you whatever journey you are on, please believe in Hope, please believe in the POWER OF PRAYER and please believe that all the good things will come back around to you. That is the way the universe works, what you sow, you reap.
There are many people going thru really hard times. It’s a time where you can decide WHO is worth fighting for. YOU my friend are worth it. Doesn’t matter what anyone has said to you before .Hearts will be mended, health will be restored, Closure can be made.
You have NO IDEA what others have gone thru and have experienced in this life. Remember to be kind, it costs nothing !!
Except F**kfaces they need to held accountable for the F**kSh*t things they do to people who don’t deserve it.
