You all know how this past month I’ve struggled with sickness, which came back again last week and didn’t show signs of leaving. Well, I did hyperbaric oxygen and vibro-acoustic therapy this week and it has DRAMATICALLY improved things taking me finally over the hump with this thing. My only regret is not reaching out when it first started coming on. Once it did, I had to wait to be able to pop my ears to use the oxygen chamber.

I’m so thankful to Susan for helping me when I reached out for help. If you’re struggling, and CAN pop your ears, consider this option. I know where I’m heading FIRST next time.
