Chair Pose (Utkatasana) is a standing yoga posture that strengthens the legs and core by mimicking sitting in an imaginary chair. Begin in Mountain Pose, inhale to raise arms overhead, and exhale while bending knees deeply, keeping them behind the toes, while shifting weight into the heels and sinking the hips low.

Beautiful meditation for this time of year ❄️

Just as every snowflake is a little bit different, so is every storm. These were taken during a light snowfall in January, and the majority of the crystals fell individually and had pristine formations.
