The PTWYO team ran in a marathon relay race last weekend in Deadwood! Took 2 in our division!!

Day 7 - YOUCH. This has been the most swollen and painful I have been so far. I was up every hour last night and quit the game ready at 2 am out of frustration from the pain. I am frustrated at the pain, but even more at my lack of progress. I mentally shut down today, but this evening I’m back on the wagon and determined to make tomorrow a better day.
I went to therapy and ran the RPW machine on my quads and calf muscles and it helped bring the pain back down to tolerable. Tomorrow, here I come!

Lesson learned! It’s easy to overdo it; listen to the knee!

Day 3 of ACL. Pain is MUCH better. Jax came down with strep throat last night, so last night was all about him, which was a nice change.
Today, I can stand on my leg with no pain, feels so great!
