A heartfelt THANK YOU to our amazing volunteers at the Yoga in the Park Festival 2025! Your support and dedication truly brought our experience to life! We are incredibly grateful for each of you: Yogi Dad-Frank, Brenden, Frankie, Greg, Melinda, Dustin, Joey, and Darcy!

A special shoutout to our goodie team from Custom Graphix, Cindy and Joel, for joining in on the fun and making everything even more special! Also, thank you to Madison and Sierra for the help on Friday!

This incredible team goes above and beyond, and we hope you were able to enjoy the day and maybe even meet some of these fantastic individuals!

From setting up and tearing down tents, moving picnic tables, and setting up speakers and mics, to managing signage, parking, crafts, check-in, handing out goodie bags, and so much more – you all helped keep the day running smoothly and peacefully!

Thank you for being the backbone of our Festival! We couldn’t have done it without you!

🍂September Yoga Gals Space Schedule🌟

As we welcome the Autumn Equinox on Monday, September 22nd, join us for a special experience that invites you to slow down and fill your cup with gratitude and intention. 🧡

✨ Exciting News! Our dear friend and yogi, Jessie, is back this month! She’ll be offering her enchanting Soul & Sound sessions on Wednesday evenings, and subbing for our early morning classes on Tuesday and Thursday. Plus, the amazing Karen will be bringing the Thursday evening Vinyasa classes back this month! You can also catch her for an Outdoor Yoga session this month. 🍁

🌞 Outdoor Yoga Alert! Join us on Mondays at the top of the cemetery (weather permitting). If Mother Nature has other plans, we’ll cozy up indoors at the studio! It’s the perfect opportunity to try outdoor classes, if you missed them this summer. Please bring a mat or blanket!

🪷Mark Your Calendar: We have one special Sunday morning class on September 28th at 9 AM where we honor the slower days with gentle yoga—a time to go within and reflect.

🌱 Embrace the Change: Autumn is the perfect time to slow down, show gratitude, and plant the seeds for growth and healing. Remember, it’s never too late to return to your mat. As the first yoga sutra reminds us, “Begin Again.” And we would like to remind you, Come as YOU are, we are here for YOU!

A heartfelt THANK YOU to each of you inspiring, creative, and passionate souls! We’ve heard so many wonderful things about your beautifully curated sessions—kudos to everyone! We are incredibly grateful to have you join us from near and far, and what an unforgettable Saturday it was at the Yoga in the Park Festival 2025! 🪷

The connections, community, joy, laughter, tears, healing, hugs, and shared experiences exceeded anything we could have imagined. We are soaking in all the love exchanged and the positive energy from each of you! We hope you feel proud, supported, and cherished, having created new memories and friendships.
