Dr. Biggs and her staff are truly a blessing! Since the first time I walked in, I felt very welcomed. Once in the room with Dr. Biggs, her nurse and the ultrasound tech, they found my issue within minutes. I had to have a hysterectomy. I wasn’t scared. I felt like Dr. Biggs was very thorough in her explanation to help me better understand what I was up against and why I felt the way I did. Fast forward to surgery, Dr. Biggs and her staff at Advanced Surgical Center gave me the best experience I’ve ever had. They were passionate and supportive. I’ve never had such comforting bedside manner. They really showed they cared about me and my needs. I didn’t have a normal surgery, as you can see in the pictures. But I felt safe and cared for. Even offering to give us their numbers in case we needed something that first night is unheard of. Truly grateful for all of them. I feel they treated me like they would a family member. As I go back in for appointments to check on my incision and my progress, I feel very comfortable with all of them. It’s so nice hearing the nurses notice how much better I’m feeling. It’s so nice to feel important.
