Congratulations to Miglena Shoemaker, recipient of the We Are CCH Award.

Miglena is known throughout Campbell County Health for her kindness, teamwork, and willingness to help wherever she is needed. As an HR Assistant, she consistently goes above and beyond to support both her coworkers and departments across the organization.

Coworkers shared that Miglena treats everyone with respect and is always ready to step in and help. Over the years, she has supported teams throughout both the hospital and The Legacy with projects, events, room moves, EVS, laundry, and many other areas in need of assistance.
