Our Story

SYFR Health Information Management is a full service medical coding, billing and consulting company. It established in 2015 with exponential growth since it’s beginnings. SYFR is not limited to it’s geographical location thanks to technological advances in the medical space. We take pride in serving local clients as well as various regions of the United States.

Medical coding and billing specialties include but are not limited to: ambulance services, anesthesiology, audiology, behavior health (outpatient and residential therapy), clinical laboratory and pathology, dermatology, durable medical equipment, ENT, evaluation and management (hospital services and ER), family practice, general surgery, home health, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, pediatrics, physical therapy, occupational therapy, primary and urgent care, psychology/psychotherapy/psychiatry, and radiology.

Billing services include: provider credentialing, electronic claims submissions, worker’s compensation paper filing, electronic payments, ERA remittance,EFT payments, denial mangement, A/R management, management of patient responsibility payments.

Our medical consulting services include but are not limited to: A/R recovery, appeals for all payers, risk management for billing and coding compliance, coder reviews, plan policy and procedure developments, documentation review for providers, annual fee schedule and review, annual ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS updates.
