- Warm up with a short walk and gentle stretches.
- If you must lift, bend your knees and keep the shovel close to your body.
- Take breaks and stop if you feel sharp or worsening pain.

Join us for Shoot to the Max on tomorrow, December 9, 2025, at Thunder Basin High School.

Thunder Basin Boys Basketball is hosting an evening of basketball shooting, drills, and fun for boys and girls in grades K-8. Help us pack the gym and support a great cause.

Time: 6:30-8pm
Where: TBHS
Cost: $25
Includes: Pizza, prizes, and a Shoot to the Max t-shirt
Payment: Pay at the door

All proceeds benefit the Max Baird Sorenson Scholarship Fund, honoring the memory of Max Sorenson, a member of the Thunder Basin Boys Basketball team and Dr. Sorenson’s son.

December 9 would have been Max’s 20th birthday, and we would love to celebrate his legacy with a strong turnout from our community.
