Wyoming legislatures are trying to ban kratom. ALL KRATOM.
"Prohibited Acts: No person shall knowingly manufacture, sell, distribute, or possess a kratom product."
Effective July 1, 2026 if passed.

Update: Our trial is set for August 24th. It's set to go on for a week although it's stacked (meaning if other cases that are set for the same date go forward, ours may get rescheduled).
