April is Counseling Awareness Month, a time to recognize the incredible counselors, students, and community partners who strengthen mental health across Wyoming every single day.
Counselors support students in our schools, walk alongside families during difficult seasons, respond in times of crisis, advocate at the Capitol, and work tirelessly to ensure access to care in our communities. Their impact reaches far beyond the counseling office.
At the Wyoming Counseling Association, we are proud to highlight professionals who exemplify leadership, advocacy, compassion, and ethical practice.
As we celebrate Counseling Awareness Month, we encourage you to begin nominating for the 2026 WCA Counseling Awards.
Who is making a difference in your school, agency, private practice, or community?
Who is elevating our profession and strengthening Wyoming?
Nominations are now open, and award recipients will be recognized at our Annual Fall Conference.
