I get it, it's hard to get to a gym with constantly being on the run...
But what if I told you it's VERY simple to start moving more! If you have a roof over your head, you can move. And it doesn't have to be perfect!
All you need is a few basic movements, consistency, and a starting point.
Squat. Push. Hinge. It's not that deep, MOVE!
That's enough to build a resilient body, and your body will thank you for it later!
