Welcoming, calm and present. This is what I aim for professionally so I can be there for you! What is QEST/QE?

QE is a systematic process using subtle energy to trigger the natural healing processes within the body. The ultimate aim of QE is to produce a state of optimum balance or health within the bio-energetic field known as the body. Specifically, QE focuses on early detection and prevention of health problems, strengthening the immune system, and repairing injured or diseased tissue. What to expect during your visit:

The first visit you will be asked to fill out a health history form. This helps to give a better understanding of your overall health as we start out. We will go over any concerns or symptoms you may be experiencing. We will be using muscle testing, touch, soft tissue manipulation and occasionally, the use of ingestible substances. All techniques will be used in a professional and non-invasive manner. At the end of the visit we will discuss with you any findings, questions you may have, and any recommendations for treatment.

It's been a hot minute since I posted. I have kept busy studying for an exam and with the holidays.

The new year is already underway and we're nearly halfway through January! If health has been one of your new years resolutions, I'd love to be able to help you reach it!

This summer is on in full force and I keep forgetting to announce I have a new location!

I'm actually still at the Lakeway Professional Building and you can use the main entrance as before. The only difference is you'll take a few more steps and enter the door to Meadowlark Counseling.

I love my new space and excited to be able to offer services on more days!

I have 4 appointments available for next week July 3rd to the 7th. Book yours today!

I will be closed July 4th for all the festivities.

I am planning to get board certified for functional medicine coaching, but I need YOUR help to get there.

Before taking the exam I need to get a certain amount of coaching hours in.

So I am offering half off a 12 week course for the 1st 5 clients!

Spring break is this coming week. I will be spending some much needed time with my family. So my office will be closed from March 20th to the 24th.

This is a current client of mine. Her name is Skye (one of our shiba's. And yes, I can work on animals! ) this is her healing story.

Just before Christmas, Skye severely dislocated one of her joints and broke a bone in her foot. Unfortunately, this happened right before I needed to leave thr country, so I did not have a lot of time to work on her. I did find a few things to help the healing process. This little girl must have some springs in her feet, because she did not want to slow down for a cast on her leg. While I was away, she managed to get out of her cast twice! This did cause her leg to not heal aligned properly. However, her leg did heal rather quickly (all things considered) and she was relieved of her cast at 5 weeks instead of the 6 to 8 weeks they had anticipated! Now my plan is to work towards helping her gain that strength back and to start using her foot more again. I share this as a testimony of what QEST may do for you.

QEST works on the energy level. What happens on a physical level affects that energy level and vice versa. I'd love to see what QEST can do for you!

Many of you know I made it home safely with my daughter. Thank the Lord!

Excited to announce, I am ready to start seeing clients again!

We needed some time to adjust to the time change and just life in general again. Aside from slight illness and weather, things are going well.

There has been some changes to Wyoming Energy Healing though. For the time being, I will be seeing clients in my home. This comes with some schedule changes as well. It is very hard to work with all my children home so my last appointment available will be at 1:30 pm. I am willing to travel to you within Gillette's city limits for late afternoon, early evening appointments. This will also apply for if you have mobility issues or pet allergies. The awesome news of all of this is, it opens up my schedule to be Monday thru Friday! You no longer need to wait for a Wed or Friday appointment!

I have some good news and I have some bad news

Good news: I am ecstatic to be able to go take custody and be with our 2nd adopted daughter! I am flying out on the 27th!

I also have openings on Friday the 23rd.

Bad news: I will be temporarily closed for in person visits. It will likely be for a couple of months. Unfortunately, I really don't know at this time.

Good news: I am able to still coach and do any work with Primerica. If you are needing QEST I would love to refer you to Paula Walker in Belle Fourche
