Ryze Yoga

I started teaching group fitness and personal training when I was in my late teens. It wasn't until I was in my forties that I decided it was time to try yoga. My first introduction to yoga was at a ChildLight Yoga training and teaching classes to young children. During this time I enrolled in a Yoga Teacher Training with YogaNH and become a Shamanic Reiki Master. Soon after I became a Yoga 4 Clas

srooms trainer offering professional development to educators. I eventually became the Assistant Director at Yoga 4 Classrooms responsible for supporting the Director with content creation and supporting the multitude of Yoga 4 Classrooms trainers. One of my most proud accomplishments was the creation of the ChildLight Yoga Teens and Tweens Yoga Training. It was truly an honor to lead these 2.5 day trainings to like-minded professionals (yoga teachers, educators, doctors, parents). The bonds, community, experiences and sharing are something I will never forget. I teach what I know, how I feel and from my heart and know that there's so much I don't know.
