Diabetic Retinopathy is an eye condition caused by damage to the tiny blood vessels in the retina. When someone has chronically high blood sugar, it can cause the vessels to swell, leak, or close off, and lead to vision problems and blindness.

Here are 3 quick tips for managing dry eyes:

💦 Stay hydrated, your eyes need water just as much as your body.
�💨 Use a humidifier to fight off that dry autumn air indoors.

🍂 Protect your eyes on windy days – Limit time outdoors on windy days, wear sunglasses to help keep pollen from entering your eyes and use artificial tears to help flush out and rehydrate eyes as needed!
