After enjoying Christmas festivities, I find solace in returning to our regular grocery routine and preparing healthy meals for the upcoming days.
I like incorporating foods that are nutrient-dense and can help restore balance. Things lean proteins like grilled chicken or fish, plenty of vegetables, and whole grains.
Hydration is key too, so drink lots of water, and include fruits that are high in water content. This can help you feel revitalized and get back on track, even if you had q few glasses of wine with Santa. 😉
To all the moms out there, remember that a day of indulgence doesn't define the next meal's healthiness.
