I have two all men sessions coming up in the month of June as a Fathers Day tribute. All English in San Jose at my new partnership as part of Oasis Wellness Collective and an all Spanish session in Richmond. In San Jose Hieu will guide Power Yoga followed by breathwork with me. If your around tomorrow I will be guiding breathwork outside under the sunset for a special tribute for first responders with No Worries Amigo hiking club. It’s free to sign up with QR codes to donate to the hiking club. Thanks to Santa Clara Valley Open Space Authority for allowing to work with the land providing such powerful mountain medicine for this special occasion.
