Customer service representative is responsible to perform all tasks relative to in-house communications and sales with clients, caregivers, family members, and or other medical facilities including physician offices.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Service walk in customers, take and process orders via phone or fax and verify that all the information we have on file is correct.

Answer incoming phone calls, check voice mails and return customer calls in a timely fashion. Call Physician offices to request patient prescriptions.

Demonstrate, instruct and educate the customer on proper use and cleaning of equipment.

Process Sales, Rentals, Equipment Repairs, Deliveries, Pickups and Returns

Stock the showroom and keep the store clean, neat and organized.

Open and close the cash register and balance the daily transactions.

Scan daily paperwork and electronically file customer records.

Perform any other duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications:

Must be kind and courteous and able to demonstrate excellent phone and customer relation skills.

Must be detail oriented, self motivated and organized.

Must have data entry and computer skills

Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Education: Graduate of an accredited high school.

Must be able to pass a drug test and physical.

Looking for part time delivery and service technician (30 hours per week) paying $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Equipment delivery and set up.
Provides patient instruction and proper use of equipment.
Repair and maintain equipment.
Works with patients to solve a variety of equipment problems.
Acts as a company field representative.
Demonstrate timeliness in delivery of equipment and return of paperwork.
Clean and restock warehouse.
Repair and maintain equipment.
Market the company in a positive and professional manner.

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age with a clean driving record.
Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
Mechanical skills
Must maintain a neat, clean personal appearance.
Must be able to demonstrate sincerity and patience when dealing with patients.
Must maintain a neat and orderly work area.

If you’re going to the Canfield fair this year and need to rent an electric mobility scooter, wheelchair, stroller, or wagon come and visit us at gate F, the handicap gate. Please note we do not take reservations for fair rentals, it’s on a first come first serve basis. Scooter rentals are $10 per hour. Wheelchair rentals are $3 dollars per hour. Stroller and wagon rentals are $2 per hour. Come see us at gate F.
