Your pelvic floor is more than muscles, it’s a key part of your nervous system’s sense of safety. And for many of us, it’s either holding too tightly… or not engaging at all.
If you’ve been living in a state of “bracing”, for work, for family, for life, this tension often settles deep in the pelvic bowl. Over time, it can leave you feeling disconnected, exhausted, and unable to fully relax.

In this 90-minute therapeutic workshop, we blend pelvic health with nervous system regulation to help you unwind deeply held patterns of tension and reconnect to a sense of ease.
What we’ll explore:
• Why stress lives in the pelvic floor (and how to release it)
• The diaphragm–pelvic floor connection + vagal tone
• Letting go of “emotional armor” held in the hips + pelvis

• Gentle, supported work on the Great Yoga Wall
• Supine strengthening + yielding (learning how to let go)
• A deeply restorative Yoga Nidra to calm the mind and reset the nervous system
