This workshop is suitable for all constitutions and is especially supportive for those experiencing seasonal heaviness, sluggishness, congestion, or low motivation.
Learn effective daily self-care practices rooted in the 5,000-year-old science of Āyurveda to support self-regulation, adaptability, and resilience during Kapha season. This workshop offers practical, preventative tools drawn from Ayurveda’s seasonal wisdom to help counterbalance the heavy, cool, slow, and damp qualities of late winter and early spring.
During our Wisdom & Wellness session, we’ll explore how simple lifestyle practices like movement, breath, rhythm, and awareness can support digestion, energy, and mental clarity as Kapha naturally accumulates in the body and mind.
After grounding in Ayurvedic principles, we’ll experience how the sister science of Yoga can somatically balance the earth and water elements through a revitalizing yet accessible practice.
The yoga portion will gently invigorate the body, illuminate the mind, and uplift the heart, including:

🌱Somatic awareness and mindful movement
🌱Cleansing and enlivening breathwork
🌱A centering meditation to support clarity and lightness during the cool, damp season
