Hello beautiful souls, and happy December 1st! 🌬️❄️ The very first snowfall of the season has turned Kansas City into a winter wonderland, and it feels like the perfect time to bring a little extra warmth and healing energy into our lives.

Well hello friends! Happy Full Moon in Leo! 🥰 2025 is shaping up to be quite the year already, no?

I've had a few people reach out to me about the scheduling link changing. I have updated it in my bio but will also put it below in the comments. Happy Solar Eclipse and New Moon in Scorpio! This is a time of rapidly releasing all that no longer serves you to make room for the beautiful new blessings the new moon wants to give you.

There will be a lot of emotional releasing of people, things and ideas... not all of it will be comfortable... but take comfort that it is all for your highest good and just bringing you closer to your best life! Reiki helps a ton with releasing and balancing of energy and emotions. Please reach out if you are interested in learning more about energy work and how it can help!

Otherwise, the theme of this week is to rest and relax, trust the process, release the need to control and all the things/people that aren't serving you, and receive allllll of the goodness my friends! All will be well soon! 🌚❤️

Release people that are not working with you... release habits that are not working for you... release beliefs that are working against you and holding you back.

Full moons are for releasing. When we release what is no longer working for us, we open ourselves up for blessings and opportunities that bring us closer to our best life. Release to receive. 🤗 my sweets! 🌝
