I’ve been slowing down a lot and taking care of myself. 🐢
I love it when turtles show up in my creek. It is natures reminder to S L O W down.

💜We focus on slowing the nervous system down through:

💜Breath work, Curiosity, and Compassion of what the mind and body is experiencing.

💜We explore sensations in our body and observing the mind and how it responds to the body’s sensations.

💜We also focus on letting our body feel our emotions without having to mentally drain ourselves with trying to process them through the mind, but instead work with the energy through the body.

Cost is only $20!
