Today is World Kindness Day, so it seems fitting to remind everyone that we’re in TOY DRIVE SEASON!!!!

We have our annual boydmotorwerks bin, waiting to be filled with goodies for the kids at Randall Children’s Hospital!!

We will be accepting donations of new and unwrapped toys for kids of all ages at the hospital until December 18th! 🎄🎁

The first two weeks of November sure are eventful: Dr Brandy celebrates 3 years at AOC (and 6 total years working with Dr T!) on November 1st, our massage therapist Katie has a birthday today AND celebrated 3 years at AOC on November 7th, yesterday was Veteran’s Day (so a HUGE thank you to all of our military family, patients, and community for your service and sacrifice), AAAND Dr Delaney’s little cutie turns TWO tomorrow!

We apologize to the Gladstone trick-or-treaters who found our front porch candy box empty this evening. The box was full when we left this afternoon.

Unfortunately a boy dressed in either a cow or Dalmatian costume decided it was mostly for him. It’s pretty disappointing to hear him asking his fellow trick-or-treaters for help and “take as much as you can,” especially when one of them said “no” and was looking for a note of how much to take.

He was the SECOND visitor to our porch, so our candy was almost gone by 650pm. So if your friend is in this costume and with someone named Isabella, you can thank him when we don’t have candy out next year.

Don’t just be safe- please be kind and respectful this evening. And thank you to those who only took THEIR share. We appreciate you thinking of others.

Some peer pressure isn’t bad… like the type that gets you out of your funk or comfort zone, or even just out of your own head to do something healthy and good for you. It’s even better if it is to do something that you love!!

Dr T spent the morning running in the pouring rain with some amazing women in her community! We’ve opened up online booking for Arden, our third massage therapist!

Have you been putting off scheduling? Now’s the time- she will fill up fast!

Go snag a spot with her at activeoregon.janeapp.com/book. Just know she CANNOT bill insurance yet, so any person seeing her will be paying out of pocket. We’ll try our best to keep our eyes on the schedule to make sure we catch any incorrect booking.
