Some peer pressure isn’t bad… like the type that gets you out of your funk or comfort zone, or even just out of your own head to do something healthy and good for you. It’s even better if it is to do something that you love!!
Dr T spent the morning running in the pouring rain with some amazing women in her community! We were training for bigger things, checking off bucket lists, celebrating birthdays, welcoming new decades, entering different eras of life, and overcoming all kinds of things in our lives.
