I also always encourage finding a method that allows you to receive education through a trained instructor. They can guide you, being your support throughout your entire procreative life, to help you gain the confidence you need in developing the healthy habits, self discipline, and appreciation needed to continue the use of NFP.

I am officially registered for a Spinning Babies workshop this fall at Holy Family Birth Center!! Dr. Nikki from MFC and I are excited to be able to better support our pregnant mamas in the office. After this workshop I will be able to:

•Facilitate comfort in pregnancy and ease in childbirth for my clients
•Improve fetal position without manipulation of the fetus
•Identify issues faster; gentle actions to shorten a long labor or avoid a cesarean
•Use less (or no) force to resolve malposition and labor dystocia

All babies conceived are remembered in my little space. When my candle is lit, a Divine Grace FertilityCare family just experienced the loss of a child. They are remembered and prayed for daily by myself and all who enter the space have the opportunity to remember them also. 💗
