National Nursing Home Week was one for the books at Glenview Health & Rehab! 💙🏡

From spirit week fun, karaoke laughs, pizza parties 🍕, potato bar lunches 🥔, ice cream sundaes 🍨, fresh lemonade 🍋, and even a water balloon fight 💦 — every moment reminded us just how special our Glenview family is.

The memories we make together, the laughter we share, and the love between our residents and staff are what make this place feel like home. We may come from different walks of life, but here at Glenview, we are one big family. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who helped make this week so meaningful and fun for our residents and staff!

As Nurses Week comes to an end, we want to give a huge THANK YOU to the amazing nurses at Glenview Health and Rehab! 💙🩺

This week was filled with gifts, food, giveaways, and a fun spirit dress-up week to celebrate the hardworking nurses who care for our residents every single day. 🎉🎁

Today, we honor and celebrate all the incredible mothers who have touched our lives with their love, strength, wisdom, and kindness. 💐💖

On Friday, we were blessed to celebrate the amazing moms of Glenview with a special Mother’s Day lunch filled with smiles, laughter, sweet memories, and love shared among residents, families, and staff. 🌷🍽️

Mother’s Day can bring many emotions. For some, it is a joyful time spent honoring cherished mothers and grandmothers still with us. For others, it is a day of remembering and missing the mothers who now live on in our hearts and memories. 🕊️❤️

To every mother, grandmother, caregiver, and mother figure — thank you for the love you have given so freely throughout the years. Your nurturing spirit continues to shape generations and brighten lives every single day.

And to those missing their mothers today, we hold space for your memories and send love and comfort your way. A mother’s love never truly leaves us. 💕

Today we were honored to recognize a truly exceptional nurse with the Clearview Compassionate Clinical Nurse Award for 2026 at the SKYCTC Nursing Pinning Ceremony. This award is not just about skill or knowledge—it represents heart, dedication, and the ability to make patients feel seen, heard, and cared for in moments that matter most. This year’s recipient was chosen by her professors for those reasons as well as her outstanding performance in clinicals: Lindsay Mitchell!!! ❤️⭐️
