Yesterday we celebrated someone very special at Highland Ridge… Pam! After years of dedication, hard work, compassion, and commitment, Pam is officially retiring. While we are so excited for her to enjoy this next chapter of life, there is no denying she will be greatly missed by our residents, families, and staff.

Pam has been a steady presence at Highland Ridge for the last 7 years. Her calm spirit, kind heart, and willingness to always help others have made a lasting impact on everyone who has walked through our doors. She has helped keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while also building meaningful friendships and relationships along the way.

Retirement is never just the end of a career… it’s the celebration of years spent serving others well, and Pam has certainly done that.

Thank you, Pam, for everything you have poured into Highland Ridge over the years. Your fingerprints will forever remain a part of this place.

🕕 1 Part-Time Resident Care SpecialistShift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

🌙 1 Full-Time Resident Care SpecialistShift: 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Today we had the sweetest time celebrating some very special ladies for Mother’s Day.

We treated our moms to lunch at Cracker Barrel along with a small gift to remind them just how loved and appreciated they are.

Motherhood never stops. Whether they are mothers, grandmothers, great-grandmothers, or mother figures… the love, wisdom, strength, and care they’ve poured into others through the years is something worth celebrating every single day.

We are so thankful for each one of these beautiful women and the lives they’ve touched along the way. Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at Highland Ridge! 🩷
