✨Doctor Spotlight✨

Meet Dr. Wilson!

Dr. Wilson is our lead Optometrist. She graduated from the Southern College of Optometry and began working in Glasgow in August of 2024. She later purchased the practice from Dr. Stephen Ward and changed the name to Sage Peak Eye Care!

When Dr. Wilson isn’t at work she loves being outdoors. Going on hikes and even fly fishing!

Fun Fact: Before she became an optometrist, she was a Horse Wrangler! 🐎

Dr. Wilson is such a light to us and we are so thankful for her talent and grace every day!

Meet Dr. Coomer!

Dr. Coomer is one of our Optometrists! She graduated from the Southern College of Optometry and has been working in this industry for 25 years!

She started at Sage Peak Eye Care 16 years ago and has been cheerfully serving our clients ever since! Her smile is contagious and her personality brightens everyone’s day!

When Dr. Coomer isn’t at work she loves spending time with her family!

Fun Fact: She loves all things music and her title as soccer mom🎼⚽️

We are beyond thankful for Dr. Coomer!

Meet Teresa!

Most of you already know and love her as much as we do! Teresa has been at Sage Peak Eye Care since it was originally Eye Care Of Southern Ky adding up to 40+ years of working here! She is our insurance specialist/optician and her knowledge and understanding is only a couple of the traits we admire about her!

When she isn’t at work she loves to cook and be outdoors!

Fun Fact: Teresa has a dog and lots of kitties that she loves! 🐕🐈🐈‍⬛

We absolutely adore Teresa and we are so thankful she is part of our team!

Meet Cora!

Cora started at Sage Peak this past June! She is our Office Manager/Optician. She is new to the optical world but is loving every minute and learning new things everyday!

When she isn’t at work she loves spending time with her husband and two little boys as well as cooking and baking!

Fun Fact: Cora loves singing and musical theatre 🎤🎼🎭

Meet Carrie!

Carrie has been with Sage Peak Eye Care for four years but has been working in the optometry industry for 20+ years! Carrie is our Front Desk Specialist and more than likely if you have a questions Carrie will always have the answer!

When she isn’t at work she loves spending time with her husband, Colin, her three daughters, her grandson and her very spoiled Husky!

Fun Fact: Carrie loves to go on motorcycle trips with her husband!🏍️

Meet Beverly!

Beverly started at Sage Peak Eye Care in October 2022 but she has been working in optical for 40 plus years! She truly brings so much knowledge to our team and is always here to help out patients find the perfect frames and lenses!

When Beverly isn’t working she keeps herself busy helping with the community center and spending time with family!

Fun Fact: Her favorite things to do are karaoke and line dancing! 🎤💃
