Welcome to our new challenge! Here is the shopping list and tips for success!!! I will send the menus to your messenger. Invite your friends to join us! The menus and workouts are free to our members.
Tips
- No sugar
- NO DIET FOODS or SODA
- No diet dressings
- A pinch of salt can be used
- No eggplant, zucchini, cucumber, tomatoes, garlic, onion
- Drink water throughout the day
- When you are hungry, drink water. If hunger persists, add a snack from list
- Exercise 4-6 days a week to elevate metabolism and burn calories
- Sleep 6.5-7.5 hours a night
- Alcohol: Your body stores it as sugar so VERY minimal consumption is best No wine or mixed drinks. Best choices are 4-6 oz Champagne, Vodka, Gin or Tequila
- If you “need” carbs, rice cakes or high fiber, low cal bread is best
- When reading “carb content” of foods, select with high fiber, low added sugar
- You may add super greens powder and collagen to coffee and or shakes
- Consume as many greens as possible: add to shakes, or to any meal including breakfast
FAST: if you have no health issues that would prevent you from a 24 hour fast, then have a goal of fasting at least 2-4 times during the challenge. I will fast on Wednesdays & break it at noon Thursday. Here is the juice to consume during your fast day
- Celery
- Small green apple
- Pineapple or fresh pineapple juice or lemon
- water
- Kale optional
- Super greens powder option if it does not contain added sugar
This is juice not a smoothie, so remove most of the pulp. I leave some in because I need the extra fiber. Do not purchase canned or juice in carton because they are not pure juice.

- Canned tuna in olive oil
- H**p seeds
