This weeks morning juice from my Fit Italian Meal Plan! And I have to be honest, not my favorite recipe but it’s packed with nutrients, antioxidants & anti inflammation ingredients! I think the grapefruit was extra sour which is overpowering the yumminess of the other ingredients … but I’m going more for nutrtion than taste 🙂 And I have found that this morning juice has dramatically decreased my bloat, inflamation in my hands, and morning puffiness in my eyes … I really struggle to stay hydrated!I just cant seem to embrace drinking so much water! So heres the recipe!
Recipe for two pitchers
8 cucumbers fro my garden
Ginger
Turmeric
3 lbs celery
6 lemons
4 large grapefruit
8oz water to each pitcher. Make sure you keep in the fridge! I try to drink a pitcher a day!
