Traci is a mental health coach with two decades of experience in the mental health field, helping to guide and restore Survivors of trauma and sex abuse back to a place of total wellbeing. Her work as a coach focuses on the person as a whole with special attention on topics like rediscovering intimacy and developing healthy relationships, to rebuilding self confidence and strengthening mental and physical wellness. Traci obtained her BSW from Rutgers University, her MSW from Delaware State University, and attended Widener University's MEd Human Sexuality program. She integrates her education, experience, and upbringing in holistic health and healing into her work by incorporating various meditations, body work, and herbal remedies into her coaching sessions. Outside of her work in coaching, Traci is a creative arts lover, mom to three loving boys, and a MOMpreneur. In 2012 while attending Rutgers University, she started a nonprofit organization called "Stand U.P." (stand under pressure). Years later, her nonprofit continues to help thousands of single parents as well as domestic and sex abuse Survivors with job/college readiness skills, parenting classes, food, clothes, and other useful community resources. Traci's life motto is to INSPIRE and EMPOWER and lives by the Maya Angelou quotes: "Nothing will work unless you do" and "When you learn, teach. When you get, give".
