We are super excited to open back our classes! Upcoming classes:
⭐ Yoga: mommy & me classes: Postnatal yoga for moms and babies 6 wks old to 12 months. Taught by
⭐ Cooking class: Mommy & me, Gut-skin Axis. Join Dr. Padilla to learn about key food ingredients to maintain our gut health to prevent skin conditions. This class is for moms and kids 10 years old and older. We will be making delicious recipes and also making face masks.
