Doulas offer continuous assistance before, during, and after childbirth, helping to ensure a positive and empowering birth experience.

This week-long event aims to raise awareness about the benefits of doula support, advocate for improved access to doula care, and honor the dedication and compassion of doulas worldwide. Thank you to these essential members of the birthing community!

Today makes 6 weeks with my babygirl, my Grand Finale, my little brown songbird🤎. So far our journey has been:
6 weeks of rest.
6 weeks of difficult, yet successful breastfeeding.
6 weeks of being a Mother of 3 under 5.
6 weeks of carrying my baby unapologetically.
6 weeks of Postpartum & Entrepreneurship (They don’t talk about this enough, so I plan to)
6 weeks of bringing my baby to every virtual meeting and every Maternal Health event I’ve attended.
6 weeks of being cared for around the clock by my husband and my Mother-in-Love.
6 weeks of bliss.

I know it gets harder from here as I get back up and running with two babies and an almost 5 year old.
As my MIL flies back home.
As I go back on-call for my birthing clients.
As I learn to split my heart so many different ways.
As God stretches me to fill every role He’s called me to.
As He equips me. Grows me. Transforms me.

I am honored to be your mommy O.Wren🥰 The very last fruit from my womb. I pray to never let you down.
