Online Scheduling Available Again

I am more used to all the new rules and protocols so I have a better idea how how long I need between each client and all the additional tasks I need to do. I have reopened the online scheduling. I want to note that because I need to take extra time between each client and have had to purchase additional items to ensure safety I have done a slight increase in prices for the time being. I am also not offering massages longer than 60 minutes at this time. If you have any questions please email me.

Covid Changes

-You MUST WEAR A MASK at all times inside my office, even during your session. It is the law right now so this is non-negotiable. If you arrive without a mask or refuse to put one on I will ask you to leave and charge you full price for your session to cover my time.
-I ask that everyone come in through the door that leads directly into my office from outside. If you are used to coming in the front door and coming down the stairs then just walk around to the other side of the building. My name is on the door you need to walk through. You can even park back there too.
-I also request that you plan your bathroom needs accordingly. In order to keep things safe for the rest of the building I would have to wash the bathroom after one of my clients uses it.
-All payments will be done via e-mail invoice. If you would like me to use a different email for invoicing please note that to me.

We will be opening soon

Hello everyone. I am still here and I will be opening soon. The plan is to open July 5th. This is assuming I can finish gathering all the proper PPE I am required to make this as safe as possible. I will have to change some things, even if temporarily, when I do open. I will send another update with details in a week. I hope everyone has been doing well. Thank you for your patience.

Closing for the time being.

Due to the Covid-19 Virus we will be closing the office for the time being. When things improve and we can open again I will send out an announcement via e-mail and on social media. Thank you for your support and understanding in these difficult times. I hope that everyone stays safe.

News!

So I know i have been a little MIA on the newsletter front this year. A lot has happened. Sad, Bad, and Worse. But things are starting to swing back upward and we are making some wonderful changes.

First, I am offering a discount for all of you (see below). It will be a short duration but I have better things coming that I can't announce yet.

I am also switching to a new scheduling system. It has features that will allow the business to grow in a wonderful way. Nothing on your end will change. You will still schedule appointments online on the website like before but it all might look a little different. Please be patient with us while we adjust to the new system. If you get double reminders please ignore that and understand the old system will be active for a little while longer just in case.

Schedule Changes
I will now be available on Thursdays until further notice. I have had some shifts in my schedule to allow for me to open up my office schedule more. Melissa has also shifted her schedule a little bit with removing Monday from her schedule and shifting some times on the days she is available.

Please keep an eye out for any new changes coming. I hope I will have great news soon to share. Once again please be patient with us while we adjust to things. Thank you.

Schedule Changes

Good Morning everyone!

I am coming up to my 8 year anniversary. It has been wonderful to see the business grow and evolve as the years have progressed and I look forward to many more. One thing that I need to change though is my schedule. I have always had fairly open availability and in the beginning that was wonderful and I could easily accommodate everyone but that was also in the days of having 10 or less sessions a week. I want to still be able to take care of everyone so I am modifying my schedule in hopes that I can still help but I also leave myself some time in the day for me to do things that I need to. So my schedule will be as follows starting now:

Every other weekend I will be available both Saturday and Sunday under the normal hours. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday will now have a morning shift of 8am-2pm or an evening shift of 2pm-8pm. As always I am offsite on Tuesdays and Thursdays offering chair massage.
*If you already have an appointment on the schedule in a time I would have taken off I will not cancel that appointment!*

The creation of shifts will not only help me create a little more work/life balance but will also help me achieve my next step of starting to add to the list of services offered! But don't forget that Melissa is a wonderful Massage Therapist and will always try to accommodate if she is able!

Starting in November I will be announcing the night before on Facebook and Twitter of any schedule openings. Please note that the online schedule will still require 4 hours notice for you to schedule an appointment.

New Discounts Coming

I have been thinking about this a lot recently and as we grow it will make more sense but I will be adding in a Membership Program soon(before the end of the year soon). It will allow those of you that come in on a regular basis and wish to save some money but do not want to commit to purchasing a package. Or may help allow some to come in more frequently. Packages will still exist if you would still prefer that so do not worry!
