Barre at Designed Training Full schedule of barre classes in a beautiful, bright and airy studio! Every class ends with a relaxing stretch and cool down.

Barre is a full body workout utilizing ballet movements on the barre, resistance bands, light free weights and Pilates balls. Barre will firm and tone your whole body while elongating muscle and increasing strength, flexibility and stamina. Designed Training's barre classes are available to anyone at any ability or fitness level and no dance experience required!

YOU DON’T JUST LOSE SOMEONE ONCE
You lose them over and over,
sometimes in the same day.
When the loss, momentarily forgotten,
creeps up,
and attacks you from behind.
Fresh waves of grief as the realisation hits home,
they are gone.
Again.
You don’t just lose someone once,
you lose them every time you open your eyes to a new dawn,
and as you awaken,
so does your memory,
so does the jolting bolt of lightning that rips into your heart,
they are gone.
Again.
Losing someone is a journey,
not a one-off.
There is no end to the loss,
there is only a learned skill on how to stay afloat,
when it washes over.
Be kind to those who are sailing this stormy sea,
they have a journey ahead of them,
and a daily shock to the system each time they realise,
they are gone,
Again.
You don’t just lose someone once,
you lose them every day,
for a lifetime.

Dear DT Family,
In an effort to keep everyone’s health and safety a priority we are moving all barre classes online until further notice.

We’ve had one week of trial barre classes via Zoom and are working out all the kinks for a second week of FREE classes before we move back to MINDBODY. To keep our business running and to keep our instructors employed we ask that starting the week of March 30th you sign up on MINDBODY for classes. Barre classes will continue to be at their scheduled times. Once you are signed into class we will send you a private zoom link and continue our adventure into in-home barre classes! (PLEASE make sure your email/phone number is updated in mindbody so we can send you the link.)

Also available now is a 5 class pack for $45, that is currently available for purchase on our MINDBODY for the next 2 weeks only.

We appreciate your patience and willingness to be flexible as we figure out how to continue during these uncertain times. We hope that you will stick with us and support our small business during this time. Stay well and continue to move your body!

Hi DT fam,
Since we have to move all barre classes to ZOOM I’d like to make an offering. If you do not have weights at home and would like to keep working out with us online you may stop by the gym and pick up 1 pair of weights to borrow and use at home. Our goal is to provide you with the best in-home workout and weights should definitely be included in that!
I will be at the gym Saturday & Sunday at 10am for 30 minutes if you’d like to “drive up” I’ll deliver your weights to you curb side 😉.
