Start with Sun Salutations to warm your muscles and joints, then move through sequences that build strength, balance, and flexibility. Join us April 10th & 11th as we celebrate this special milestone with our community. We’re excited to partner with Activewear, who will be hosting a pop-up activewear shop at the studio both days during our anniversary weekend.

We’ll also be offering free Silent Disco Yoga and Harp Yoga as part of the celebration — a unique and joyful way to move, breathe, and connect together.

As we move further into spring, nature invites us to soften, release and begin again. This is a powerful time for renewal, reflection and intentional growth.

Join Melissa for an immersive restorative yoga and sound healing experience where gentle poses allow your body to completely unwind. As you settle into stillness, the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes and drums will wash over you, melting tension, quieting the nervous system and restoring balance from within.

Melissa intuitively weaves together restorative yoga and sound to create a deeply relaxing and transformative journey. Every sound and posture is designed to help you release what no longer serves you and reconnect with clarity, grounding and renewal.

Each participant will receive a meaningful piece from the altar to take home, carrying the energy and intention of the experience with them.

Ken’s Pilates journey began in 2002 with a single insight: “strengthening a misaligned body only strengthens the misalignment.” That moment changed everything — he joined a class the very next day and hasn’t stopped since.

Certified to teach in 2019, Ken emphasizes fundamentals to build a solid foundation, helping clients connect mentally with their bodies while moving optimally. From athletes to beginners, he’s seen firsthand how Pilates transforms lives — improving strength, mobility, and mindset, no matter your starting point.

With Ken, every session is about building a body that works for you, inside and out.
