Introducing ... Yoga Chi ... A gentle fusion of yoga with movements inspired by Qigong and Tai Chi.

This yoga class, built around grounding postures, mindful stretching, and intentional breathwork, will include a few simple Qigong- and Tai Chi–inspired movements — especially at the beginning and end of each session — to help awaken energy, calm the mind, and settle the nervous system.

Each class invites you to stretch, flow, breathe, and reconnect with your own inner rhythm — movement that feels both calming and energizing.
