The Residence at Glastonbury was honored to invite our local Glastonbury Police Department for a delicious breakfast for the first time! The Department enjoyed all that was offered while we shared stories and conversation. It was a wonderful time and we are honored to be able to give back to this group who have given us so much support!

We had the pleasure to welcome a local Glastonbury Girl Scouts troop for some festive Christmas Caroling – Our residents enjoyed all the wonderful songs these girls sang. After the music was over, the Scouts handed out homemade cards to all the residents – A beautiful heartwarming experience had by all!

The Residence at Glastonbury was honored to host the First Company Governor's Foot Guard Band for our first ever Holiday Music Concert! Our residents sat back and enjoyed all the holiday classics while watching this incredible 42-piece ensemble band perform. Being so close to something like this is such a great opportunity for all ages, and we enjoyed every moment of it. The band and residents enjoyed a remarkable spread of food following the concert where they were able to chat and share stories. A magical time had by all!

As we draw closer to Christmas, the spirit is alive! Glastonbury was honored to welcome St. Dunstan Church youth into our home for a lively and joyful Christmas Carol Sing-along! These fantastic teens not only sound amazing, but their spirit and joy were infectious. After the caroling they spent time with residents sharing some lovely sentiments. What a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon! Thank you, St., Dunstan Church for spending time with us.
